Went to Stillwater Automotive with the task of trying to figure out why my transmission was slipping in my Subaru Outback. Had them do an overall inspection on the vehicle, learned that a few other things should probably get fixed as well. Called them to have them do a Transmission Flush and Melissa was very honest with me and told me that this wouldn't fix anything and would actually possibly make things worse. It's hard to find honesty in a mechanic from my experience and I appreciate the total transparency. The inspection however was very thorough with pictures and itemized pricing and what it would be to fix everything. Am thankful for Melissa and the team for being so speedy as well. Thanks guy, my husband and I will continue coming back to your shop.
